Shree Kahan-Bhagwati Pragya Mandal (SKBPM), Vile Parle-Santacruz was founded by Lt. Smt. Vidyaben Maliya on Ashadha Sud 2, Vikram Samvat 2047, Veer Samvat 2517. The sole purpose of this Women Mandal is to pursue Soul realization under the virtuous aegis of Pu. Gurudevshree Kanjiswami and Pu. Bhagwati Champamata. The Mandal pursues this pious goal by conducting regular Bhakti, Poojan, Swadhyay, Scripture reading, Pilgrimage, Festival celebrations and so on. All these activities facilitate Atmasadhana. The members of the Mandal meet for classes every Tuesday from 9.30 AM to 10.30 AM at Shree Simandharswami Digambar Jin Mandir. The Mandal’s future goal is to continue on the path of Atmasadhana and encourage other new members to follow the soul uplifting path of Pu. Gurudevshree and Pu. Bahenshree so that Jain religion remains in existence prominently till the end of 5th era.
